Reporting a school absence
On the morning of your child's absence please contact the school to explain the absence.
You can report your child's absence by:
- Logging in to Parents Portal
- Emailing stmungoshighschool@education.falkirk.sch.uk
- Calling 01324 614614 and press 1 to report an absence
It is normal practice for the school to contact parents/carers by Groupcall text on the first day of the absence to obtain an explanation for the absence (if we have not been notified before this). If you know your child will be absent for more that one day, then please let us know and we can record this on our system, avoiding a text being sent for dates that have been explained.
